Ub architects provide a distinct vocabulary in terms of Design conception, Construction methodologies and Architectural solutions. Incorporating our core beliefs of creating the perfect balance between Creativity, Practicality and Sustainability, we use world-class methodologies in the conceptualisation, implementation and maintenance of properties. Our development process is unmatched in expertise and unparalleled in execution quality.
Our Architectural practice is based on the foundations of Sustainable Development and Bespoke Architecture. These foundations are topped by the structural elements of function, surroundings, ambience, style and landscapes. From earthy tones to curvy shapes, multifunctional spaces to biophilic designs and nature interposed interior spaces; our ideas are always timeless.

OUR STORY
Inception
Started with a luxury residential project in the Tier-II city of Jalgaon a few years back, with the pure intention of nothing less than complete client satisfaction, UB Architects is the brainchild of Ar. Ujwal Bhole. He wanted to incorporate his expertise in architecture and his learnings and methodologies to make more humane environments.
The completion and success of Lake Pride project in Jalgaon steered a new found confidence of making something bigger out the skills in hand. This idea led to an upgrade with new projects from the Metropolitan city of Mumbai. The scope of designs also widened with different multifunctional projects and designs. New learnings and techniques with each new project incorporated a novel style and a unique experience. This also led to the growth of our team while simultaneously increasing the scope of our work and the services we provided.
UB Architects is constantly striving to grow and adapt to the changing scenarios of the contemporary world. We treat each project with utmost care and attention and cater to the needs of the client. We believe in traditions and tailored outcomes for the users and integrate them in our processes.

Our designs not only serve the function, but entice the user and trigger emotions that make them feel comfortable in their space.

MR. UJWAL BHOLE, FOUNDER
He has received his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from Academy of Architecture in Mumbai and Masters Degree in ‘Real Estate Investment & Finance’ from ‘Cass Business School London’.
He strongly believes that good architecture is about creating the right balance between creativity and practicality. Creativity without rationality is just art and imagination without limits. The implementation and regulation of these creative ideas come through practicality. He weaves urban narratives in contextual syntaxes through his architectural design ideas. His design interpretation effortlessly merges scale, geometry,creativity, structure and surroundings into actuality.
With his years of experience in working with different statutory organizations and authorities, his belief is seen coming to life.
His expertise and years of work experience have proven to be resourceful for the entire team in handling a large number of projects and continuously striving to learn and grow. An added advantage is his years of experience in working internationally in Dubai and China – these not only provide a fresh perspective but also help in adapting to the new technologies and the international standards.
Constantly upskilling and increasing the scope of work with the basic intent of client satisfaction is the ultimate aim for Ar. Ujwal Bhole and his firm.

He believes in creating a right balance between creativity & practicality of the design. Having experience of 10 years working with authorities like MCGM, SRA, MHADA & REVENUE, he has proved to be very resourseful professional. With his international experience of working in Dubai & China, he adds an informative & Business development skills to the firm.

Prashant Chaudhary
Associate Consultant
He is an indispensable part of UB Architects with his years of experience in liasoning and government projects. He graduated in Science and coupled that knowledge with a management degree. To add on, his Diploma in Business Administration Management plays an extremely vital role for us. His expertise in leadership and management act like a pillar to the firm since its inception. The strong communication skills and drive for growth that he displays work like a charm for our firm. His understanding of people and approachability make him the go-to person when stuck. His experience in corporate management, organizational development, and human resource management make him an allrounder. His go-getter attitude and looking for the positives in every situation come in handy in times of need. He completed his ‘Bachelors in Architecture’ from Academy of Architecture in Mumbai. He has an artistic vision and a good eye for detail. He has worked on major commercial & residential building projects right from Concept generation to execution upto the last mile. He has time and again proven to be an efficient team member. He has experience in handling redevelopment projects in Mumbai for SRA, MHADA, etc. Being an Architect with good communication skills, project management and designing to the point come to him naturally. The dimension of style in interiors and landscape designs are fulfilled by his artistic and clear vision.

Lead Architect
A young and enthusiastic Architect who has keen interest in delivering creative concepts for projects. He believes in experimenting with different materials to bring in versatility and advancement in the designs and experiences. With a good hand in model making, his practicality can be envisioned. He is an extremely proactive & efficient team member.
Leading a few interior and architectural projects in the outskirts of Mumbai, he has displayed his leadership and project management qualities for the win. He is also fascinated by parametric design and is working on incorporating it in his projects. Row houses, bungalow designs along with interiors and landscape are now his forte. His systematic methodology, organised execution and detail-orientation display his quest for perfection in his work and designs.

She is a bubbly young architect and a curious soul - always ready to learn new things. She has great command over her work and her management skills display courage and integrity. She has worked on various master planning projects, SRA projects, landscape design projects and a few interior design projects.
