The Site: The design site is located in Andheri East adjacent to the railway station. The proximity to the station allows easy travel and connectivity for its residents. The site is spread over an area of 2 acres.

Design Methodology: This design boasts of large spacious residential units of 2BHK and 3BHKs. In an area of 2 acres, this complex houses 4 residential towers, 14-storeys each. A 2-level basement parking space has been provided for the residents to park their cars, without disturbing the footprint of the towers. Recreational pockets and amenities such as a clubhouse, indoor game zone, and kids’ play area add to the essence of the design.
