The administrative block on the layout plan is located near the centre of the site whereas the bungalow quarters are located in the northeast end of the layout.

The administrative building is designed as a T-shaped two-storey structure that houses all the functions necessary for better functioning of the SPRF. Some of these functions include the offices of various departments, conference rooms, pantry, waiting areas and so on.

The lawns, trees and soft landscaping add to the beauty of the transition space between the structure and the surroundings. LED street lights, solar rooftop systems and self-watering systems for lawns - all designed keeping in mind the environmental concerns.

The spacious 3BHK designs (140SQ.M. & 180SQ.M.) for the quarters ensure optimum circulation and largeness in design. A huge terrace on the 1st floor and sloping roof structure give the bungalows a beautiful and esthetic look. The use of highest quality materials for Type V and Type VI Bungalow quarter designs ensures low maintenance and high efficiency. Some of the materials include country cut teak wood for doors and marble sills & anodised aluminium frames for windows.
