Commercial spaces | Bandra

The greatest challenge was to design the commercial building with the most efficient circulation in the compact plot. The design is such that the service core is placed on one end of the plot with one commercial unit on each floor. On each floor, the flexibly divisible layout allows for the creation of various forms of modern worlds of work. There are no columns to disrupt the functioning in the areas. This allows for a wide range of interior layouts that can be accommodated in this space: team offices, multispace concept areas, focus workplaces, as well as individual meeting areas and think-tank spaces. The design proposal is the most feasible and flexible iteration for the given space. Another highlight of this design is the elevation which includes the refuge areas as a design element of the elevation. To break the monotony of the glass building, a composite material and aluminum panels are used as a design feature for the elevation.
