A double-height entrance space evokes a feeling of largeness and luxury. The duct area is enclosed in striped fenestrations which continue to the top of the structure. The design element of stripes is continued throughout, with pergolas on the terrace, harmonizing with the duct enclosure. The height of the clubhouse is balanced with the help of a stepped design in front.

The clubhouse has a number of functional spaces such as the fitness center on the ground floor, a creche on the 1st floor along with a part open terrace, and the 2nd-floor open terrace

The clubhouse design uses circular columns to blend with the structural design of the clubhouse. The staircase core and the facade have circular elements as well. The windows are placed in the corners to give a panoramic view of the surrounding areas and the buildings. Grey and brown stone adorn the exteriors of the clubhouse.
