Community Center |Thane

The Community Centre is a part of the amenity plot of the residential complex and the design idea is to provide maximum amenities while the structure follows the same design language as the residential complex around it. The concept focused on designing a free-standing and floating structure that blends in well with the surrounding residential complex. The facade design has a protruding structure made of materials such as glass and wooden paneling.

Multicapacity a banquet hall faces the swimming pool on the ground floor. The full-length rotating doors of the banquet open up to the view of the swimming pool. A cafe, toilets, and kitchen are also located on the ground floor. The toilets also have a cabana area for people using the swimming pool. The 1st floor is reserved for sports activities, indoor games, a library, and a gym. The upper floors have sliding glass windows. The terrace area can be used as outdoor courts for football and lawn tennis. The multitude of activities within the clubhouse with ease of functionality make it an ideal space for relaxing and enjoyment.
