Eminence | Bandra

The design challenge included rehabilitating the existing tenants with additional sale flats in a narrow plot. The design structure is a tall, 24 storey building with 2BHK flats. The building is designed as 3 separate wings out of which one is for rehabilitating the existing tenants. The other 2 wings comprise the sale units.

The terrace acts as a public space that extends on the roof of the tertiary body, doubling up as space for social gatherings and a solarium terrace. These terrace spaces in the structure house plush amenities for the residents - an infinity pool, an open bar counter, a party lawn, an indoor game zone, a BBQ pit, a kids play area and a senior citizen zone. These recreational areas act as breather spaces in the compact planning of the structure.

A parking tower is provided for the residents, given the space constraint on site.
