Kacheri Road Plaza| Chalisgaon

This roadside area is located opposite Shree Vinayanjali Hospital in Chalisgaon, Jalgaon, and is situated on Kacheri Road, a busy commercial area. Before starting the design process, the accessibility, size, shape, and topography of the area were considered. Existing features such as trees, power lines, and culverts were also taken into account. The goal was to create a visually appealing, functional, and safe space for all ages.

To enhance the visual appeal of the landscape, a sculpture was placed at the center, surrounded by decorative plantings. The design also aimed to create a buffer between the road and adjacent properties, as well as a pedestrian walkway. Levels with different material finishes were created to delineate spaces and discourage encroachment. The overall design was carefully planned to ensure that the roadside area would serve various purposes, while also complementing its surroundings and meeting the needs of the community.
