Introduction

The Project is based in Jalgaon. The site is situated with one edge facing the lake. The clients brief was to propose designs for luxurious apartments, making them one of its kind in the entire city and to provide 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4 BHK apartments units, with a ministries like club house, sport facilities for the residents

Our Approach

To capitalise site parameters is the main driver of the project. Luxurious apartments with a lake view became the USP of the project. To add to physical Parameters, all buildings are designed considering Vastu principles. The complex has recreational and community activities for the residents. Club house are a few of the facilities that enhance the living experience of the residents.
