ZOPE’S RESIDENCE | 3BHK INTERIOR

The Site: Located in the heart of South Bombay, this 3BHK Apartment enjoys a fantastic view of Mumbai city. The owners wanted an elegant, timeless and comfortable interior space for them to call ‘home’.

Design Methodology: The choice of a Minimalist and Timeless interior design style was made, keeping in mind the hustle-and-bustle of the city and creating a comforting space for the owners to relax in. The entrance of the apartment leads us to the living-cum-dining space and an open kitchen on either side. The living room further leads us to the 3 bedrooms with an unobstructed city view.

The minimalist theme is maintained throughout, using a subtle color palette and texture combination of white, beige and rose gold. The materials used include white stone for the TV unit, veneer for wall backdrop in the living room, bar counter and the dining area and rose gold metal T-sections. The minimal furniture designs and the use of mirrors, make the spaces look generously large and spacious. The design creates a flow of spaces – uninterrupted, in sync and harmonious.
