MANGALAM INFRA - ROW HOUSES, PMAY| PACHORA

The Site: The site is situated in Pachora, Jalgaon with three 12M wide main road access to the site. The client wanted us to plan and design an affordable low-rise row housing scheme with future prospects of further expansion. The Residential layout was to be designed in accordance with the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme.

Design Methodology: A spacious layout design with ample recreational ground (RG) space and walkability was prepared. Luxury through simplicity in design can be experienced in these row houses. The facades of these row houses are characterized by traditional masonry within which vertical architectural elements are stacked. Maximum utilization of the space on-site with each row house cluster being easily accessible to the RG spaces is prioritized. Furthermore, the amenities such as the clubhouse, seating spaces and the landscape design add to the fantastic experience of the design.
