The Site: The site is an amenity plot space of a building project. This recreational was to be designed for 42 acres of residential balcony plots located in Jalgaon.

Design Methodology: The design inspiration was taken from luxury city gardens. The recreational space is designed with a 400 m long Jogging Track, an Amphitheatre, a play area for children, informal seating and onsite installation of frames to capture beautiful views and memories. The trees planted are chosen as per the hot and dry climate of Jalgaon and a waterbody is provided in the midst of the landscape to keep the area cool. Various shaded trees near the seating provide a cool and calm space to relax and rewind. Wire Mesh is provided near compound walls for security while ensuring that the visual connectivity between the street and the park is not disturbed. Electricity for the recreational space is solar-generated and produced on the site itself.
