The Site This project is located in Jalgaon with extremely good connectivity with the main city. It has a primary access road connecting to the site and good proximity to markets and other amenities around.

Design Methodology : The building comprises 14 residential flats and 5 commercial spaces for shops. This luxury residential project design is such that 2 flats are designed adjacent to each other. The 2 flats can be combined as one and the hall area would extend as one huge living area for the combined flat. The Jodi flat design for this structure also offers extended decks and balconies. These help in proper ventilation and sunlight entering the structure. These help in cutting down the heat gain and lead to the greater energy efficiency of the structure. The elevation design for the building is simple and minimalistic. This leads to efficient usage of materials and an optimal design. Overall, the structure is well-connected, and efficiently designed with luxurious spaces
