The Site: The design site is located in Andheri West in the metropolitan city of Mumbai. It is a redevelopment project. The plot area is small, with a large number of tenants

Design Methodology : The site constraints and compact planning for the existing residents was the main design challenge. The design is a composite building of S.R.A. scheme. It consists of 1bhk flats and is a 10 storey building. It not only accommodates all the existing tenants but also has a part of it dedicated to the sale units.
