Our focus was on designing for a holistic living experience and providing high-quality homes at affordable prices for our clients. Inspiration was drawn from this quote ‘What surrounds you, makes you who you are. The journey to happiness, therefore, begins at home and that fuels our passions in life.’ to create a high-quality affordable housing township.

The buildings are designed along with the flow of the ohol and follow a perfect rhythm. The site has three access points and each of the flats has different views of the river, ohol, or the mountain- none of the flats overlook each other giving utmost privacy while simultaneously experiencing community living.

A promenade is designed on the riverside for spatial experiences and many amenities such as play courts for children, an open-air gym, a large clubhouse are designed to foster inclusive and healthy living.
