Introduction

The project is a redevelopment residential project, located in Jogeshwari, Mumbai.The clients brief was to propose a combination of 1 and 2BHK flats utilising maximum FSI, with rehabilitating the existing tenants alongwith sale tenants under single roof.

Our Approach

The brief was a straightforward redevelopment project, with all the number crunching formulae dictating design parameters. The clean facade treatment, camouflages the offsets created due to design and area restrictions. The design incorporates the 1BHK and 2BHK units in the same floor plate. The design achieved a zero fungible plan.
