The design challenge for any project in Mumbai is not just about consuming FSI but also giving the users an abode that is cozy and comforting. The quality of space and the composition of functionality has to be focused on in all of these designs given the spatial constraints. Planning various functions into the same structure and rehabilitating the existing tenants with new ones while emphasizing on the quality of spaces makes it a complex design.

The design structure is a 10-storey building with a combination of 1BHK, 1.5BHK and 2BHK flats. The building accommodates the existing tenants on the initial floors. The building also houses a hospital on the 1st floor and shops on the stilt level. The planning is very compact with a variety of functions intertwined seamlessly in one building.
