Rusttagi Aarambha Project No. 1,2 & 3| Titwala

The site: The site is situated in Titwala, three 24M wide main road access to the site. The client’s requirement is to plan and design an affordable low-rise row housing scheme with future prospects of further expansion. The Residential layout was to be designed in accordance with the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme.

Design Methodology: A spacious layout design with ample recreational ground space and walkability was prepared. This project is designed as per the requirements of the PMAY housing scheme of the government with 1BHK flats. all the buildings are designed in the form of a courtyard with a view to the recreational ground. The houses in these wings have a view to the recreation ground forming an interactive environment. The recreational Spaces have amenity spaces such as a Marriage hall and a Fitness Centre.
