Sasunva Ghar hotel | Kalyan

The design idea was to propose a dual-function hotel that comprises a hotel and a bar. The design is such that the hotel and bar have separate access areas and are segregated even while being on the same plot. The cafe is a public area and has unrestricted access for all. The restaurant and bar area are connected to the hotel rooms in the adjacent structure.

The hotel comprises 60 rooms and is a long G+2 structure made of concrete and wood. The surrounding areas of the hotel are filled with foliage and shrubs, making the structure stand out in a green setting. The canopy design for the entrance is triangular in shape, which marks not just the axis points, but makes it a one-of-a-kind structure.
