The Site : Located in ---, the plot of the site is irregularly shaped, which acts as a major design constraint for utilising the corners of the site. The site has very good connectivity to a major road connecting 2 neighbouring villages. The adjacent plots are agricultural lands and thus the site has quiet surroundings and no visual blockage when it comes to views.

Design Methodology : The design idea focuses on a simple layout that helps in efficiently using maximum space on the site and provide the residents with the best of amenities. This design ideology helped us achieve a spacious layout design with very easy access from individual clusters to the recreational areas. The facade treatment is simple and visually pleasing. Various amenities in the project include - a clubhouse, a temple and seating spaces around the landscape. The amenity plot also includes a few commercial shops for revenue generation. The walkability score of this project is extremely high and the simple design exudes luxury living through minimalistic planning.
