The Site : The site is located in Pachora, Jalgaon and is connected via 18M wide DP road and an internal 12M wide road. The site is in 2 parts and a smaller portion of the site is separated by the internal road.

Design Methodology : This project is designed as per the requirements of the PMAY housing scheme of the government with 1BHK flats. The smaller portion of the site has a building designed in C shape with a view to the recreational ground. The larger part of the site has a design that forms a courtyard-like space in between the buildings. The six wings form 2 Cs, enclosing the recreational space in between them. The houses in these wings have a view to the recreation ground forming an interactive environment.
