Siddhanta 180 | Mumbai

The design challenge was to build a mixed-use structure with spacious 2BHK apartments. Our design idea was to create something unique for Mumbaikars - an ornate and comfortable space for the people to call their own! This idea is executed in the form of a 15-storey building (G+14) with shops and commercial areas on the ground and first floors. The rehabilitated people’s flats are on the initial floors and the sale flats are on the upper floors.

Each apartment design is extremely spacious with an unobstructed view of the main junction. The elevation of the building is a creative onset that stands out in the crowd of the buildings of Mumbai.
