Twin Villa | Jalgaon

The main idea was to customize the design of both the bungalows to showcase the personalities and requirements of the brothers. The twin villa project is connected through the central area making it the highlight of the project. The villa has an unusually large height because of which the volume of space looks huge and skylights let in the filtered natural light.

The multiple courtyards enhance the experience of the spaces and each space opens out into a landscape or a garden area. The varied size openings frame the views to these spaces, giving each space an incomparable ordeal. The opening sizes are designed as per the function and the spatial quality of each space. The architecture ensures maximum privacy and security on the ground floor and maximum visual connectivity (both internal and external - with the lake and greenery outside) on the upper floor. The landscape design in the transition spaces connects the internal and external spaces. The porosity of the structure adds to the beauty and spaciousness - giving it a luxurious appeal.
