The Site: The site for the bungalow is located in Jalgaon and is a proper rectangular plot. The client’s requirements included a few bedrooms to be customised with a few family seating spaces. The site has a beautiful view of the greenery as backdrop. The plot is connected to the city with a 6M wide road.

Design Methodology:The 6M main road is designed to connect a 3M driveway inside the plot with a drop-off at the entrance and leading towards the parking. The bungalow design consists of a family room and common seating area on one floor and bedrooms on the floor above. The open-air seating and the multi-purpose room on the top floor make a nice space for the family to enjoy some quality time.

The elevation design comprises brick work and fenestrations, forming various frames and vertical niches to break the monotony of the structure. The entire bungalow is fit into a square frame, giving it a nice highlight in between the greenery of the surroundings. The windows and frames on the elevation vary in size as per the functions in the interior. The interior zoning of the bungalow is customised as per the requirement of the client.
