Given the locality of this complex, the idea was to organize spaces in a dynamic way and create something iconic. The entire design is based on the concept of play between solid and void spaces. As soon as you enter the complex, the welcoming spaces are multiple grand entrance lobbies with two large atriums that run throughout the structure act as breather spaces and views for the commercial offices. These atriums give a feeling of openness in the otherwise compactly designed structure. These atriums not only give a feeling of grandeur but also provide sufficient ventilation and light inside the structure. These spaces then lead to a multilevel cafe on the ground floor, good to have a quick bite.

A double height assembly hall connects well with the open air garden area outside and can be used as spillover space for the hall. The top two floors of each building consist of double-height spacious penthouses with beautiful panoramic views. These penthouse is loaded with amenities such as an infinity pool, a meeting and lounge area and a private fitness area - all this, right in the prime locality of Mumbai.
